Who We Are
Galactic Mechanical Services was founded in 2024 by Timothy Strange. We are a small business based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico and we serve Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Santa Fe and the East Mountains. Our company is built on the philosophy of treating people right and our mission statement is: To provide safe, quality driven, affordable work to our customers while providing our employees with a respectful workplace, good wages, and an opportunity to grow and learn no matter where they are in their career. No matter how big or small your issue is we will strive to provide you with the best solution for your budget and ensure that you are safe, comfortable, and healthy in your home.
We provide free estimates on all equipment replacements. For repairs and service work we charge a $65 Dispatch and diagnostic fee. That fee covers the cost it takes for us to get a plumber or HVAC technician out to your house and provide a half hour of diagnostic work. Once we find your issue (or if the problem is too difficult to solve in that time frame) our technicians will provide you with an estimate for further diagnostics or the repair. We strive to keep our pricing fair and our service professional as a result of that our hourly rate is calculated at $125/hr. This is the minimum price that has been calculated for Galactic Mechanical to be able to provide quality work, quality training, and maintain a good quality of life for our great technicians, plumbers, helpers and office personnel.
